The Huong Binh Cable Car is part of the overall Huong Binh Valley project, including two components: Huong Binh Cable Car and Lac Thuy Resort located in Phu Nghia Commune, Lac Thuy District, invested by Thai Binh Duong Group.

Currently, the Huong Binh Cable Car has been put into operation with a total length of nearly 3km, a designed capacity of 10,000 passengers/day, a station at both ends with unique architectural space and many convenient services. Traveling between the Huong Pagoda festival area, Tam Chuc Pagoda to Tien Pagoda has shortened the travel distance from about 60 minutes by road to about 10 minutes by cable car. This is a direct connection between Tien Pagoda - Tien Cave (Hoa Binh) and Huong Pagoda (Hanoi), creating favorable conditions for pilgrims and visitors to visit without having to travel far and arduously by road as before. Huong Binh Cable Car is not only a means of transportation but also a "cultural bridge" between two ancient spiritual lands. Visitors can depart from Tien Pagoda - a famous national relic (in Hoa Binh province) with a magical cave system, then continue to Huong Pagoda - a complex of pagodas, caves, and streams (in Hanoi) that has been mentioned in Vietnamese poetry. This is a new highlight in the journey to explore the famous cultural and spiritual land in the North.

Huong Binh Cable Car System is invested according to European standards, with modern cabins, capacity of 6-8 people, moving smoothly, safely and comfortably. The journey on the cable car not only saves time but also brings an impressive visual experience: visitors are "floating" in the air, looking out to admire the majestic beauty of mountains, forests, rice fields and peaceful villages of Muong and Kinh people living at the foot of the mountain. Especially during the festival season or spring, the scenery on both sides of the cable car line is covered with a new coat of flowers blooming, the festive atmosphere is bustling, clouds hovering over the mountain tops, creating a spiritual journey that is both peaceful and majestic.
