Not only famous for its fruit-laden orange gardens, Cao Phong also owns many interesting tourist attractions, from peaceful spaces, to majestic caves, or entertainment areas, super beautiful check-in locations are all ideal destinations that you should not miss when traveling through this route.

1. Nui Dau Rong (Dragon’s Head) Mountain Cave Complex

Ranked a national monument by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2012, Nui Dau Rong (Dragon Head Mountain) has long been a favorite tourist destination for many tourists when visiting Cao Phong. The entire mountain range stretches like a giant dragon lying prostrate, creating a wall to guard the Southeast of Cao Phong town. The mountain is approximately 200m high compared to the foot of the mountain, about 1km long, the caves are linked together to form a scenic complex with a magical world of shimmering stalactites. Each cave is a wonderful wonder that nature has bestowed upon mankind. When entering the cave, visitors will be overwhelmed by the forest of stalactites competing to show off their colors. The caves are distributed quite evenly in the mountain range, the distance between points is only a few hundred meters, divided into Hoa Son Thach Dong, Khong Day Dong, Phong Son Dong, Nhan Long Son Dong, Hang Nuoc and Thanh Thuy Dong. If you are an explorer, you should definitely not miss this interesting attraction. 

2. Community tourism in Mo village

Mo village is located in Binh Thanh commune, Cao Phong district, Hoa Binh province, on the route from Hoa Binh city to Thung Nai, the center of Hoa Binh lake national tourist area. In addition to being blessed with fresh, cool air and peaceful landscapes, the people here have also preserved more than 100 traditional stilt houses of the Muong people and a unique and distinctive system of customs and practices. Visiting Mo village, in addition to admiring the beautiful scenery, visitors can also immerse themselves in the local people and experience extremely unique and interesting cultural features.

3. Heritage Park of Vietnamese Scientists

Located in Bac Phong commune, Cao Phong district, Hoa Binh province, the Park has a large area of ​​over 30 hectares, planned very scientifically, in harmony with nature with main subdivisions: heritage exhibition space; conference and event space; accommodation space; culinary space with life skills education area (STEM) and entertainment area. The services at the Park are also very diverse, from visiting to learn about the heritage of famous scientists to experiencing the unique cultural space of Vietnamese ethnic groups; from enjoying Northwest cuisine to participating in sports activities, teambuilding activities, cultural exchanges, campfires, etc, or simply taking photos and checking in at the poetic spaces of the Park are all very interesting.

4. Mung Hamlet Flower Hill

About two hours drive from Hanoi, about 30km from the center of Hoa Binh city, Mung Hamlet is located at the highest position of Hop Phong commune, Cao Phong district, Hoa Binh province. Considered one of the green lungs of the province with 520 hectares of natural forest, Mung Hamlet possesses pristine beauty and fresh, cool air. Not only that, recently, the traditional terraced rice fields, which were only cultivated seasonally, have now been planted with flowers by local people, creating a space filled with colors, becoming a super poetic check-in spot, making any tourist want to visit once to capture the perfect frames.
