On the morning of April 19, 2023, at La Saveur Resort in Nhuan Trach commune, Luong Son district, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province organized the Tourism Stimulus Conference 2023, with the message "Hoa Binh - Green Tourism Destination - Full Experience".

The message "Hoa Binh - Green Tourism Destination - Full Experience" aims to introduce and promote new, unique, attractive tourism destinations and products, of each locality in the province to domestic and international tourists. This creates conditions for tourism sites and units to introduce their products, offer incentive programs and guarantee the quality of services to attract domestic and international tourists. The conference also supports localities and tourism enterprises to strengthen cooperation and development of the domestic and international tourism market as well as attract tourists to Hoa Binh.
At the conference, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, emphasized that to overcome the limitations and contribute to improving the quality and strong development of tourism in Hoa Binh, in the near future, the provincial tourism steering committee and People's Committees’ leaders of districts and cities should continue to effectively implement the Tourism Development Project of Hoa Binh province in the 2021-2025 period, aiming towards 2030. Tourism businesses should fulfill their commitments, build new and high-quality products that meet the increasing demands of tourists, continue to promote and introduce the unique features and strengths of tourism in Hoa Binh; focus on the application of information technology and raise awareness of the people, businesses, and communities in preventing and controlling the pandemic, ensuring safety for tourists.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Mr. Nguyen Le Phuc highly appreciated Hoa Binh province for organizing a professional, practical and supportive conference that connects localities and businesses and introduces many new and attractive tourism products to tourists. This demonstrates the province's determination to spread the image of Hoa Binh tourism to both domestic and foreign tourists, create space for business connections to link with localities across the country and build an attractive, safe, and experiential Hoa Binh destination. This is also an opportunity for Hoa Binh to realize its tourism potential, expand access to the tourism market in localities across the country and international friends, and increase the experiences for visitors.
To develop tourism in depth and effectively, the Deputy Director of the National Administration of Tourism proposed that the leaders of Hoa Binh province continue to have policies and mechanisms to support tourism businesses in the local area, attract investment, and enhance the exploitation of domestic and international tourists. They also need to direct the departments to closely coordinate with the tourism industry to create favorable conditions for Hoa Binh tourism to develop in the future. He believed that Hoa Binh province's tourism stimulus program would bring positive results and contribute to the socio-economic development of not only Hoa Binh province but also the whole country.

The tourism stimulus program for Hoa Binh province in 2023 aims to respond to the National Tourism Year launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The program includes various activities and events to introduce and promote new, attractive, and distinctive tourism products of each locality in the province to domestic and international tourists, such as organizing an ethnic minority cultural, sports and tourism festival in Tan Lac district, Hoa Binh City cultural, sports and tourism festival in 2023, opening "Hoa Binh Night Economy" route, Hoa Binh highland fair 2023, community tourism village festivals, and “Enlarging hands” cycling competition. Through these events, the program creates opportunities for tourism destinations, units, and businesses to introduce their products, and offer preferential programs and commitments to ensure the quality of services to attract domestic and international tourists. At the same time, it supports localities and tourism businesses to collaborate and strengthen the development of domestic and international tourism markets.
